What’s the difference between full planning and event coordination?

Full Planning covers every detail—from concept and vendor selection to design and day-of management—while Event Coordination is best if you’ve planned most of the details but need professional support to execute them seamlessly.

Do you travel or plan events outside the DMV area?
Yes! While we’re based in Bethesda, Maryland, Keynote Events has produced weddings outside of the Washington DC area as well as travelede throughout the DMV and beyond for destination weddings and special events.

Why don’t you list your prices online?

Because every event is different. Our pricing is customized based on event size, scope, and service level. We prefer to schedule a complimentary consultation to provide a tailored quote that fits your exact needs and budget.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 9–12 months before weddings and 3–6 months before corporate or social events to ensure availability and adequate planning time.
